We ship Domestically via USPS or UPS. All International orders will be shipped via USPS. Please email us if you have specific requirements or shipping requests.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders. We confirm shipment via email with a USPS or UPS tracking number. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot send tracking numbers for international orders. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. Spratters & Jayne does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your address is correct when you place your order!

Spratters & Jayne is not responsible for VAT, or other taxes, levies or duties incurred outside the Untied States. The importer of record is the billable party; all taxes, duties, custom charges and applicable levies shall be their sole responsibility. NAFTA regulations do not apply to items sold on this site. Canadian customers are responsible for all subsequent customs charges. Prices listed are retail prices only, shipping is calculated based on location at the point of purchase and subsequent taxes, duties or other custom charges will not be represented. Retail price is used as the basis of valuation.
Customers are encouraged to email us at:info@sprattersandjayne.com within 7 business days of receipt of your order regarding all returns and exchanges.
Returns must be made within 7-10 business days of our response. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ship your return in its original packaging using a TRACKABLE mail carrier.
Refunds and exchanges are applicable for unworn or defective merchandise. Please allow at least one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your bank statement. S&J refunds the cost of the merchandise minus initial shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee.
