Online Return Policy

Customers are encouraged to email us at:info@sprattersandjayne.com within 7 business days of receipt of your order regarding all returns and exchanges.

Returns must be made within 7-10 business days of our response. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ship your return in its original packaging using a TRACKABLE mail carrier.

Refunds and exchanges are applicable for unworn or defective merchandise. Please allow at least one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your bank statement. S&J refunds the cost of the merchandise minus initial shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee.
